The Importance of Touch
This workshop was very popular in 2021 and 2022 – and now it’s back!
We need plenty of touch to feel good. Wonderful, relaxing and nurturing touch, playful and passionate, calming and grounding, or sensually awakening. Different kinds of touch for different moments. Touch that makes you feel good!
Did you know that touch activates our fourth energy centre, the Anahata chakra, where the heart is also located? Touch awakens feelings of love, empathy and tenderness in the chest, both in the receiver and the giver.
These are things we could all use a little more of. Warmly welcome to join us ❤️

Five Workshops
The Magic of Touch – Sacred Touch, 21 October
What kind of moment arises when we truly pause and be with another person?
In the Sacred Touch evening, we slow down and give ourselves time to notice the subtle nuances of the moment. The sacred body, touch, gaze, sensitivity and presence.
We explore what happens when we don’t simply be in the moment, but begin to experience its deep sacredness – the connection with ourselves, our own body and another person.
We are all goddesses and gods in our own perfection – as embodied beings, as human beings and as souls.
You are warmly welcome to join us and experience your own sacredness through touch. ✨
The Magic of Touch – Shared Energy, 25 November
Sometimes you immediately feel good in someone’s company. Sometimes another person draws you in, while someone else brings up something entirely different.
In the Shared Energy evening, we explore what different people and encounters awaken in us. What feels good? Who am I drawn to, and who am I not? Why do I react to certain people in the way I do?
Rather than analysing everything with our minds, we listen to our bodies, our intuition and our senses – to what is really happening in the encounter.
We move beyond the mind and deeper into the unconscious, into the space of our own inner wisdom.
You are warmly welcome to join us. 🤗
The Magic of Touch – Tenderness, 13 January
When was the last time you got to simply pause and let someone else hold and support you?
In the Tenderness evening, you are invited to settle into the frequency of tenderness.
We explore the caring and gentle side that lives within all of us. Sometimes you may want to offer another person warmth, touch and a sense of safety. At other times, you may be longing for a hug, closeness and the space to simply receive.
You can come exactly as you are. You don’t need to know anything, do anything or achieve anything. You can slow down, listen to your body and yourself.
A moment where you can simply be, receive and allow yourself to be held and supported.
You are warmly welcome to this moment of tenderness! 🤍
The Magic of Touch – The Senses, 16 March
How the Senses Influence Touch
In the Senses evening, we dive into a world of scents, tastes, sounds, beauty and different kinds of touch.
What feels good? What sparks your curiosity? How does your body respond when one of your senses gets more attention?
You get to explore, wonder and notice. Perhaps you’ll discover something you’d like to bring a little more of into your everyday life – or something you hadn’t noticed before.
You are warmly welcome to awaken your senses. ✨
The Magic of Touch – Pleasure, 20 April
Giving and Receiving Pleasure
In the Pleasure evening, we explore the joy of both giving and receiving.
What does it feel like to give to another person while also enjoying the act of giving yourself? And, as a receiver, do you dare to surrender to pleasure and let it show freely?
We delve into the roles of giver and receiver – and explore how we can enjoy both giving and receiving.
We also explore our own boundaries and how we can honour them while still allowing ourselves to open to pleasure.
What do you want more of? What do you want less of? Where are your boundaries – and what might lie beyond them?
You are warmly welcome to explore pleasure with us. ✨

Questions & Answers
-
Yes, absolutely. You can come alone, with your partner or with a friend.
If you come alone, the exercises are done with other participants in a safe and guided way. If you come with your partner or friend, you can choose to do all the exercises with each other.
-
No, you don’t have to. You can always listen to yourself, your body and your own boundaries. Participation in all exercises is voluntary.
You can participate, observe from the side, take a break or say no.
This is part of the practice: noticing what feels good, what doesn’t feel good, and where your own boundaries lie.
-
No. If you would like to enjoy skin-to-skin contact, you can choose to remove some clothing, but underwear is always kept on. I recommend wearing layers so you can remove or add clothing as needed.
Touch is explored gently, consciously and safely. The focus is on connection, embodiment, the senses, boundaries, receiving and the quality of touch – not nudity.
-
The Magic of Touch is not a sexual workshop.
In the workshops, we explore pleasure through touch, sensuality, attraction and sensual awakening, always in a safe way and with respect for our own boundaries.
Tarkoitus ei ole suorittaa mitään, vaan pysähtyä, tuntea ja huomata, mitä omassa kehossa tapahtuu.
-
That is completely natural. Many people feel nervous the first time, especially if exploring touch, closeness or simply being present with their own body is new.
We take things at a gentle pace, and you can always listen to yourself. You don’t have to be brave beforehand. It’s enough to simply show up.
-
Each evening has its own theme, such as Sacred Touch, Shared Energy, Tenderness, The Senses or Pleasure.
During the evening, we do different guided exercises that explore the theme through touch, presence, bodily sensations, eye contact, breath, the senses, body energy and interaction with others. The exercises can be individual, partner or group exercises.
Everything is guided in a safe and supportive way, while listening to your own body.
-
You don’t need any previous experience with touch work, embodiment practices or workshops. This is not about performance. You can simply come to explore, wonder and feel.
-
Yes. If you come with your partner, the workshop can be a lovely way to pause and connect with each other in a new way.
If you wish, you can do the exercises with each other and explore touch, connection, tenderness and pleasure in a safe, guided space.
-
Boundaries are an important part of the workshop. Through the exercises, you learn to listen to your body and recognise what feels good, what doesn’t, what you want more of and what you want less of.
You can always say yes or no. You can also change your mind. Your boundaries are welcome. You don’t need to justify them.
-
Then you don’t have to. Touch always happens with consent.
You can choose how you want to participate in each exercise. If something doesn’t feel right, you can say no, sit out and observe, or take a break.
A safe space is created when everyone is free to be honest about their own feelings.
-
Gentle, safe, accepting and present.
The space is created for you to step away from the busyness of everyday life for a moment, breathe, feel your body, and connect with yourself and with other people.
Tämä on paikka, jossa ei tarvitse esittää, suorittaa tai olla mitään muuta kuin mitä olet.
-
Bring comfortable clothes that allow you to feel at ease and move freely. You can also bring a water bottle and warm socks. Most importantly, come just as you are.
